The Ceremony

Begin your celebration with a lakeside ceremony set against breathtaking views. Our outdoor ceremony space offers elegant guest seating, a full IT/AV setup for music and vows, and a stylish airstream bar to welcome your guests in comfort.

After the “I do’s,” guests transition to our Pavilion, a warm and inviting space featuring log fires, live music, and a wide variety of seating. Passed appetizers and signature drinks create the perfect atmosphere for mingling and celebrating before the evening ahead.

The Barn

The Barn is a state-of-the-art space capable of seating over 200 guests for dining. The building has private bathrooms, a portable stage, in-built mood lighting and full A/V capabilities. It overlooks the lake and outside in The Meadow there's picnic tables, solo stoves, fairy lights and our Airstream Bar.

The Pavilion is our outdoor social space in front of The Lodge. It overlooks the lake and has a central fireplace, firepits, pop-up bar and comfortable seating. It has portable A/V and mood lighting.

The Meadow is a natural grass area in front of the barn, it has the space to host over a 500 guests for a ceremony.

The Lodge

We offer over 40 classic camp-style cabins, 90 private rooms, and 3 charming cottages, providing space for more than 500 guests in total. How far in advance should we book our wedding at The Acres?
Most couples book 12–18 months in advance to secure their preferred date, especially for peak season. We recommend reaching out as early as possible.
Do you provide in-house catering and bar services?
Yes, we offer in-house catering and a variety of bar and beverage packages. You can choose from curated menus or work with our team to customize offerings for your event.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
We have flexible indoor and covered spaces, including our Pavilion and Barn, that serve as beautiful alternatives to outdoor setups in case of inclement weather.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
We work with a trusted network of approved vendors (florists, makeup artists, performers, and more) but also allow outside vendors with prior approval.
How does the payment schedule work for booking our wedding?
A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance divided into installments leading up to your event. Our team will provide a clear payment schedule when you book.
